Infiniti, by Intelledox, helps organizations to nurture and control business processes through document automation, smart web forms (e-forms), batch processing and CRM. It is an award-winning product that allows businesses to produce smarter, targeted customer communications while easing the burden of paperwork and red tape.
Utilizing responsive web design, Intelledox Infiniti is a digital transformation platform that helps companies rapidly develop and deliver mobile-ready business processes. Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, and Enterprise customers worldwide deploy the Infiniti platform to enhance customer engagement, increase customer satisfaction, streamline efficiency, and drive down operational costs. Infiniti helps businesses quickly create and deploy intuitive, digital, business processes to replace difficult-to-understand paper and electronic forms. Infiniti empowers business users to develop, manage and set up engaging customer-facing applications, helping them reduce costs through improved process efficiency while delivering an enriched customer experience.
Unlike other business process automation software that can only produce outputs in one type of file or format, Infiniti can generate multi-format, multi-channel documents in DOC, DOCX, PDF, XML, PPT, SMS, TXT, HTML, CSV, email and many more.
This is a product release that delivers additional functionality over the previous customer version of Infiniti (v11.0).
V11.X Custom Themes:
For an Infiniti instance that is upgraded to v11 from 10.3 or earlier, if custom themes are present, there may be cosmetic issues on upgrade.
Custom themes will need to be updated to be in line with changes made to the base theme of v11, changes which were made mostly due to a swtich to Bootstrap 4 from Bootstrap 3.
New System Requirements
Manage, Produce, and the Scheduler all require a minimum of .NET Framework 4.7.2 to be installed on the server.
The iOS app requires iOS 11+
New Windows Offline App
The Windows offline app has been rebuilt and will replace the existing one. The old Windows app will no longer be supported from 11.1 onwards.
The application requires Windows 10 Build 17110 or later to run
ClickOnce installation files for the windows app have been removed.
Infiniti 11.1 introduces the following new features and updates over the previous public release version of Infiniti v10.0.
The Windows offline app has been rebuilt and now looks and behaves like the Android and iOS apps. It is now an html experience and therefore has a look-and-feel that far more closely matches the same projects run via Produce.
Communication templates offer a way to override the default body text of system emails, such as Forgot Password or Temporary User communications. They can be used as a central html list that can be used with actions and escalations. Template definition is accessible through Manage.
These features make generating PDF documents much easier :-
Ability to map a PDF placeholder to a particular row in a repeating section/data
Insert images or text at a coordinate
The API for Produce now allows impersonation. This means that, given the correct permissions, it is possible to set up scenarios where the person authenticating to run a task is not necessarily the one that is recorded as having done it. For example, an administration account can assign a workflow, but have it appear as if another user has assigned the workflow.
When defining a datasource, it is now possible to define a filter that will always apply, based on the current user. For example, the may be a state filter on the datasource and it is now possible to define that the data will always be filtered by the current user’s state.
This is helpful in ensuring that users only see certain data that they are allowed to see; but becomes even more useful for working with the offline apps. For the apps, when the data is cached, only the data relevant to the user is cached, rather than potentially large datasets.
