This is a product release that delivers additional functionality over the previous customer version of Infiniti (v10.3).
V11.X Custom Themes:
For an Infiniti instance that is upgraded to v11 from 10.3 or earlier, if custom themes are present, there may be cosmetic issues on upgrade.
Custom themes will need to be updated to be in line with changes made to the base theme of v11, changes which were made mostly due to an upgrade to Bootstrap 4 from Bootstrap 3.
Infiniti 11.0 introduces the following new features and updates over the previous public release version of Infiniti v10.3.
Completely new functionality in the platform to display a comprehensive history of responses makes reviewing tasks in workflow straightforward. When enabled, every question has a history that can be viewed of the changes made to that question – when the changes were made, what the changes were, who made them and in what state of the workflow. When re-opening a form that a user has viewed before, simple highlighting guides the user to changes that have been made since last they looked at it.
A focus on making it easier for designers to put together advanced solutions has resulted in a number of quality-of-life improvements in Design
• Easily follow question references through your projects using Ctrl+Click
• Back and Forward buttons on the browser can be used for simple navigation
• Copy and Paste Actions added to Escalations and Transitions on the workflow screen
• Mandatory attributes for Actions are automatically added to the Design when adding an Action
• Many more minor improvements, check out the details in the next section
Integrations with DocuSign are even better in Infiniti 11.0, as DocuSign Connect platform notification service can be leveraged to execute Infiniti tasks when DocuSign actions are executed. For example, an Infiniti workflow can be configured to execute a transition after a document has been signed in DocuSign.
Users can now upload pictures, or synchronise with an identity provider, for a more personalised experience.
The engine used to process formulas in Infiniti has been rebuilt. Formulas are now processed faster, portions of formulas that need not be evaluated are not evaluated, erasing the need to consider error cases.
Customer enhancement requests and a review of how designers work identified some changes in how Infiniti behaves. To allow existing projects to maintain their current designed behaviour while allowing new projects to take advantage of these improvements a new “v11 Compatibility Mode” was added. This determines the behaviour of a project when executed by the engine.
Newly created projects will default to v11 compatibility, existing projects prior to upgrade will be set to v9 compatibility. The small technical improvements this has enabled are outlined under “Compatibility Mode” below.

As dependencies for the Infiniti platform change so do the platforms, browsers and functionality support. There is not always a direct replacement or acceptable new platform to operate on.
The release of version 11 and the upgrade to the Bootstrap 4 front-end framework means that browser support has been dropped for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 in this release.
The Glimpse diagnostic tool removed has been removed from Produce as the open source project is widely considered abandoned.
